Tabitha serves as the Chairperson of the Board at Pyxis Investment Management, bringing strategic oversight and governance leadership to the firm. Her role is pivotal in guiding the board’s vision, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding the highest standards of corporate responsibility and fiduciary duty.
With a strong background in Law, Tabitha is known for her thoughtful leadership, integrity, and commitment to sustainable growth. Her stewardship supports Pyxis’s mission to deliver innovative, client-focused outcomes.

Jenny has over 27 years of experience in executive and non-executive roles in the private and public sectors. She has worked for large corporates in financial services and manufacturing and for state-owned enterprises, where she gained extensive knowledge in strategy formulation and execution. She is the Strategic Executive for Finance and Customer Service at the City of Windhoek.
B.Sc. Agriculture, Economics (Honours)
Shane’s investment career started in 1999 when he joined Sanlam Personal Portfolios. In 2005 he was appointed as Head of Distribution at Innofin, which was then part of the Sanlam Group. In 2008, he became CEO of Distribution at Sanlam Investments. In 2012 he joined Sanlam Private Wealth as Director of Branch Operations and was Managing Director of Sanlam Private Wealth (Africa) from 2016 to 2019. Shane is one of the Executive Directors at Denker Capital.

Jerome is the founder of Pyxis and serves as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director, a role in which he acts as the
custodian of the firm's investment philosophy and process across all funds and teams. Since establishing Pyxis in 2022, he
has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and investment culture of the organization.
Jerome brings nearly a decade of investment experience, having entered the industry in 2016. He began his career on the
unlisted side of the market as a Portfolio Manager, before transitioning into listed fund management as an Analyst in
2018 — gaining a well-rounded perspective across both private and public markets.
Jerome is a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (Nam) registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Namibia (ICAN)
since 2014 and is also a registered with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board of Namibia (PAAB) since 2021.
